I am a person-centred counsellor with an eclectic approach to my client work. I have 10 years of experience working in mental health with both adults and young people. I offer an empathic, confidential, non-judgemental style to all my clients. My specialist areas include: Anxiety Disorders, Parental advice, Family Breakdown, Relationship/Marital problems, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, Low self-esteem, Depression, Self-harm, OCD, Stress and Body Dysmorphia however I am happy to work with any issues which are causing you distress or problems in your life.
